Energetic Alchemy

Description

This is a somatic class series built to help you release stagnant energies holding you back from reaching your highest potential. Through somatic expressions we clear energetic ties to our past and create spaciousness of body and mind. Classes will include: -A safe space for you to experience your emotions. -Somatic exercises to enhance your capacity for experiencing emotions. -Journaling, introspective time to process. -Open communication with the teacher and peers. -Summary/practice reference card to take with you. Please bring with you to class: -A journal and writing utensils -Wear comfortable non-restricting clothing -Any meditation gear to make your experience more comfortable; bolsters, pillows etc. -Water, tea, snacks, etc. All classes are drop in basis. You may attend one or all of the classes in the series.
